WOW! Immaculate 4 Bedroom, 3 bath condo located in Bullhead City, Arizona. Approx. 2300 Square Feet with a large open floor plan. This is an upstairs corner unit, so there are lots of windows and plenty of wonderful natural light. Also, we have some of the best views from the complex. Beautiful kitchen has double door refrigerator with automatic ice maker (water and ice access through door), microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven combo and granite counter tops. Enjoy either a pot of coffee with the Mr. Coffee Maker, or enjoy a single cup of coffee with the Keurig Coffee Maker in the well equipped kitchen. You can make wonderful dinners in the crock pot or have great meals at the many restaurants that are located close by. The living room has a large television with plenty of seating on the leather couch, love seat and over sized chair. We have Dish Network and have multiple movie channels for your enjoyment (HBO, Cinnemax, and Starz). We also have (2) DVD players in the unit (with a DVD library) and internet for your use. There is a full size washer and dryer in our unit and also central heating and air conditioning ((2) air conditioners). The Master Bedroom has a California king bed, large television with the movie channels, 2 night stands, large chest of drawers and a large walk in closet. The beautiful Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate (ceramic tile) walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom #1 offers a Queen size bed, (2) night stands, large chest of drawers and multiple closets. It is also adjacent to the 1st bathroom which has a granite counter top at the sink and a large walk in (ceramic tile) shower. Our outdoor dining table is a great place to enjoy meals and look at the views and the beautiful sunsets. This is an Exclusive gated community. Our garage IS NOT included in the rental. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot just down the stairs. This is an upstairs unit all on one level. There is no elevator at the complex. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, built-in barbeque and nice clubhouse at the complex (Close by to our unit). Plus Vegas is close by. Approximately a 1-1/2 hour drive. Go see the fabulous sights and amazing entertainment in Vegas and then come home and relax in this beautiful condo. Also, Laughlin Casinos, the Colorado River and Lake Mohave (Katherine's Landing) is an approximate 7-9 minute drive from our unit. Laughlin also offers some amazing entertainment at the many outdoor amphitheaters. If you like to go to the movies , bowl or shop this is also a 7-9 minute drive. This is not usually a vacation rental. All the furnishings, linens and decorations are upscale. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler for your use. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN OUR UNIT AND NO PETS. Local Attractions: Laughlin Casinos, Colorado River, Lake Mohave, Shopping Outlet Center, Movie Theaters and Live Entertainment. Multiple Shopping Malls (10-15 Minute Drive), Bullhead City Airport (8-10 Minute Drive). Oatman is an old Mining town with wild donkeys walking around, many shops and a restaurant. This is an approximate 20-30 minute drive and is a fun place to visit. Lake Havasu is an approximate 1-1 1/2 hour drive. The Grand Canyon is also within driving distance (Approximately 3-1/4 to 3-1/2 Hours) There is a lot to do in the area or you can just sit and relax and read a book.
